Being the 2 Year of the Present Reign.

His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun is graciously
pleased to proclaim that:

Whereas it is expedient to have the law on public procurement and supplies
administration;
Be it, therefore, enacted by the King, by and with the advice and consent of the

National Legislative Assembly, as follows.

Section 1. This Act is called the “Public Procurement and Supplies Administration

Act, B.E. 2560 (2017)”.

Section 2. This Act shall come into force after the expiration of one hundred
eighty days as from the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.

Section 3. Provisions relating to supplies, procurement or supplies administration

under any law, Rule, Regulation, Notification, Ordinance or requirement of State agencies falling
under the applicability of this Act shall be repealed.
